The how to's to get the most of your Massage Appointment:

• Please arrive 15 minutes early for your individual consult and health forms.
• It's a good idea to be 5-10 minutes early to all appointments to relax.
• If you are 10 minutes late, please call. Your appointment may either have to be shortened or rescheduled.

**Scheduled appointments are held with commitment and honor by your therapist. Twenty-four (24) hour notice is required if you need to reschedule an appointment. Appointments missed without prior notification will be charged according to the normal rate schedule.
